Learn bartending at the Lamb's Bar

My name is Xiaoyang. In the third month after I came to Dali last year, I opened my first store, Shuangyan Bar, at lightning speed. From site selection to decoration and then to purchasing materials, it took only two months of hard work to open the store.

When I was in college, I worked part-time as a bartender for a year and a half. At that time, the first lesson in learning bartending was to wash glasses.

I washed cups for seven months, memorizing knowledge about drinks and taking exams from my boss. Eventually I learned a lot.

Every time I think of a new wine, from the ingredients to the cooking method to which cup to use, how to mix it to make it taste better, and what decorations to use to match it, it's like completing a work. With good ideas, good works will follow, and I will continue to try and innovate. When I finally think of a name and hand it to the customer, it's like going back to the time when I was a student and my test results came out, nervous and expectant. If the customer nods and indicates that it tastes good, then it's a satisfactory answer.

Every time customers come to the store, there are always a few who are eager to try, and have never mixed drinks by themselves. The curiosity and anticipation reminds me of the time when I first learned how to mix drinks. From time to time, I sighed in my heart that the bartenders are so cool! How great it would be if I could mix drinks as coolly as them!

Time flies, and before I knew it, I had opened a small shop, and my dream came true. So, I wanted to provide this special service to customers who wanted to experience being a bartender.

What can you experience in this activity?
You can choose two classic cocktails according to your taste and make two cocktails by yourself.
It doesn’t matter if you are a novice, I will give you the basic explanations and teaching, and you can choose two different ways to make cocktails.
I can also teach you a cocktail that you can make at home, a homemade cocktail that you can make without any professional utensils.

The entire experience lasts about an hour and a half.
