Wuwei Temple (walking in the mountains)

It is a quiet temple 5 kilometers away from the ancient city (compared to Jizhao Temple). You need to take a taxi to the parking lot below (map landmark: Chenjiabao), and then walk up the mountain road slowly (20 minutes). This is the best way to visit Wuwei Temple. If you go directly to Wuwei Temple, it is possible, but it will greatly reduce the fun.

From the parking lot at the bottom of the mountain, go up along the steps, and you will see a small valley with roads on both sides of the stream. You can bring your children to play in the water here in summer, it is very safe. Going up, there are ponds and majestic mountain gates, which you can't see if you go directly to Wuwei Temple.

It would be an interesting little hike through the forest and stream.

At the end are two thousand-year-old Tangshan trees and the ancient Wuwei Temple.
