Zhangjiayuan Muslim Copper Ladle Beef Hotpot

The halal beef in Dali is very special, with clear soup, freshness and good taste. Since Yunnan has a large Muslim population, starting from the Mongol Empire's control of Dali 760 years ago (1265), Zhangjiayuan is a halal beef restaurant we often go to. But many restaurants on the nearby "halal street" are of good quality, and everyone seems to have their own best restaurant.

Note: If there are few people, you can usually order half a catty of beef dishes (a catty is about 80-100/catty depending on the part)
