Sannei Croissant
Many people think that Sannei is a popular online store that has been made famous by bloggers on Xiaohongshu. In fact, this store was opened during the epidemic in late 2021. By mid-2022, it had become a very popular croissant shop and coffee shop relying solely on local customers.
Sannei Croissants is one of the most successful restaurants in Dali. It does not need any publicity or promotion. As a restaurant in the Dali community, it has its own unique position. So, while introducing it, I would like to remind you that sometimes there are a lot of people and you need to queue.
Their croissants are good, their coffee is also very serious, and the Sannei ice cream shop next door is also very popular. Moreover, there is another big feature, from the beginning, it was mainly local customers, so it was very busy. Gradually, many tourists came to check in, it was too busy, and there were long queues. Some people (like me) rarely went there, but there were still many local customers. Zha Mao must want to go again, because every time he went there before, he could enjoy a small cup of "Dog Cream" prepared by the store.
According to the limited information I know, the Sannei couple was the first to open Starbucks ( After moving to Dali, I started a new life. Opening a shop here is very different from managing a big company: there are not so many resources available, and of course there is no special marketing to do. Sannei began to study the production and baking technology of croissants: after all, the cost and instability of hiring people were not suitable for the new life.
Sannei first opened a studio in the Harvest Coffee Dali University store in early 2021, supplying croissants to the community's regular residents, such as Honghong, who is a loyal customer, and receiving feedback.
After mastering the technology, I officially opened a shop with my own experience. I also took advantage of my management strengths to form a very good team of young people, and then gradually developed and expanded. It is probably the combination of baking technology, understanding customer needs, management thinking and experience that has led to the current success.
I went there often when the shop first opened. I knew most of the friends in Sannei, such as Bairu, Chen Ting, Xiaowu, etc. In March 2022, we went hiking and had snowball fights together. They are really great young people. They must have learned a lot from working in Sannei and were trained under high efficiency and high intensity. Several of them later came out to run their own small baking studios or small shops, which is great. An organization has mobility, and it should be a pride for the people who come out of it to be able to do things. It is quite valuable to be able to cultivate talents who can do things independently.
From the very beginning, the Left Bank Heights was located in a remote area with almost no business. However, Sannei Croissants was the only store that turned it into the most prosperous commercial area. It is also a small legend in the community. It is probably due to both the trend of the times and the ability of the individual.

"A little after nine in the morning, I ordered an Americano at Sannei Croissant for 15 yuan. The sun was shining brightly and it was warm. The newly opened Sannei Croissant store has an open baking workshop, a simple and new front desk, a professional checkout app, and plenty of service staff. It is a very professional store even in the city. This is also the change in Dali in recent years. Opening a store requires more and more professionalism, new management and thoughtful service. Although leisure and freedom were once advocated here, in essence, people still like thoughtful and meticulous service and clean and tidy toilets. Unstable business hours and attitudes that highlight personality are mostly just a yearning for personality of low quality. Thoughtful and stable service is consistent and easy to accept. It can be predicted that this store will be very popular within a certain period of time. "
