1 How to book an activity?

2. How are the fees charged? What is the difference between adults and children?

• The price indicated is per person, the same price for adults and children
• Regarding whether "same price for adults and children" is fair, our starting point is: the same price for children is that in outdoor activities, children generally need more care; the same price for adults is that we welcome parents who are interested in nature to participate, so that it can really be infectious to children. If you don't like it yourself, but just have to accompany, we recommend participating in the "independent camp" of other institutions (recommendations are in the guide). We found that reluctantly accompanying can easily become a negative factor in a shared trip, such as not understanding the need to stop and observe plants, and easily expressing opinions that are contrary to the travel intention of enjoying nature. Therefore, we have no intention of charging a lower price as an attraction just because the guests are not interested, which will affect other guests.

3. How to gather? Is there any pick-up?

• Go directly to the meeting point. After booking, the guide will send you the exact location of the meeting place.
• There is no pick-up (except for independent groups). Guests usually live in a large area, and picking them up separately will greatly waste each other's time. Some activities that come back at night will be sent to the inn (only included near the ancient city)

• Easy hike past Cangshan stream and into the forest
• In summer (June-October), I went to the forest to pick mushrooms with the girls in the picking group.
• Take a boat to the lake to watch the stars with Ah Tu
• Watch the magnificent sunset over Cangshan Mountain and the vast Erhai Lake from the top of the mountain

• Every Tuesday, go to the Fengyu Traditional Market and visit the ancient tea-horse town in the valley
• See hundreds of Siberian birds on a winter boat tour
• Paddle board | Go to the beautiful lake at the foot of the mountain and go deep into the reed marshes
• Collect plants in the mountains | Dye by the gurgling stream or make a moss bottle , which you can take home
• Hike into the fern forest and learn about this amazing plant

• Countryside Cycling | Go up Cangshan Mountain, down Erhai Lake, explore villages and people

• Starting from April, we go to the tea gardens in the valley to pick spring tea and make tea
• Starting from June, I went to the forest with the girls in the picking group to pick mushrooms, and then went down the mountain to eat farm meals in the village.

summer:

• Go camping in Shangri-La grassland from May to October
• Nighttime Insect Observation | At the Foot of Cangshan Mountain (July-October)
• When green plums are ripe, go to the mountains to pick them and make a jar of green plum wine in June-July

autumn:

• Go camping by the Nujiang River and see Gaoligong Mountain and coffee beans

winter:

• Migratory birds arrive, and Wang Bin and I go bird watching on the lake by boat
• It's a clear winter day with a bright starry sky. Let's go stargazing with Ah Tu.
• Plum blossoms are in full bloom, go hiking in the village of plum blossom forest
  

If you have time, go somewhere further away:

• Shaxi, a remote ancient town on the Tea Horse Road, Buddhist grottoes on the mountain, and our friends’ homes
• Nuodeng, a mountain that prospers because of salt, where both nature and history are worth experiencing
• Three days in Shangri-La and Shaxi, experience the real Tibetan grassland life, and stay in the village of Shaxi Ancient Town on the way back
